1. NATURE OF SERVICES — WHY ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Dr. SkinnyShot™ provides professional medical consultation services and, where appropriate, facilitates the issuance of patient-specific prescriptions.

These services involve the expenditure of licensed physician time, clinical evaluation, and — where applicable — the preparation of custom compounded medications by a licensed pharmacy.

Because medical consultation services are rendered immediately upon completion and compounded medications are prepared specifically for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription, these services and products cannot be resold, restocked, or returned. Accordingly, all fees paid are non-refundable once a service has been initiated.

2. CONSULTATION FEES

All consultation fees are non-refundable once your consultation has been scheduled and/or initiated. This includes situations where:

• A prescription is not issued following evaluation (clinical judgment is at the sole discretion of the treating physician)
• You are determined to be ineligible for the requested therapy
• You choose not to proceed with a recommended treatment plan following consultation
• You miss or cancel an appointment after the cancellation window has passed

The consultation fee compensates the physician for their time, clinical expertise, and evaluation — regardless of outcome.

3. PRESCRIPTION & COMPOUNDED MEDICATION FEES

All fees associated with prescription issuance and compounded medication orders are non-refundable once a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy. This includes situations where:

• You change your mind after a prescription has been issued or transmitted
• The medication is in transit or has been delivered
• You experience side effects that are within the known risk profile disclosed at the time of prescribing
• You fail to use the medication as directed
• Regulatory or formulary changes affect future availability of a substance (existing orders already fulfilled are not subject to refund)

Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients and cannot be returned to the pharmacy, resold, or restocked under applicable
federal and state pharmacy law.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & MEMBERSHIP FEES

If you are enrolled in a subscription or membership plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the current billing period under any circumstances. You will continue to have access to services through the end of the paid period.

5. EXCEPTIONS — DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We will work to resolve the following issues on a case-by-case basis:

• Wrong medication dispensed: If a pharmacy dispensed a medication different from what was prescribed, contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
• Damaged in shipping: If a medication arrived visibly damaged or compromised, contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic documentation.

Resolution in these cases may include replacement through the dispensing pharmacy at our discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed even in these circumstances, as pharmacy fulfillment disputes are governed by the dispensing pharmacy’s own policies.

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

FILING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CARD ISSUER FOR SERVICES THAT WERE RENDERED AS DESCRIBED CONSTITUTES A BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND MAY CONSTITUTE FRAUD.

By purchasing services from Dr. SkinnyShot™, you expressly agree that:

• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any service that was rendered as described in these Terms
• You will contact Dr. SkinnyShot™ directly at doctorskinnyshot.com/contact/ to resolve any billing concern before initiating a dispute with your card issuer
• In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Dr. SkinnyShot™ reserves the right to (a) submit documentation to your card issuer demonstrating that
  services were rendered as agreed, (b) pursue recovery of the charged-back amount plus any associated fees and costs, and (c) refer the matter to a collections agency or legal counsel
• Any chargeback filed in bad faith may be reported to applicable medical licensing boards, state attorneys general, or other regulatory authorities where applicable
• Dr. SkinnyShot™ maintains detailed records of all consultations, prescription issuances, pharmacy transmittals, and patient acknowledgments, which will be submitted as evidence in any dispute proceeding

We take chargeback fraud seriously. Our payment processor and acquiring bank are notified of all disputed transactions and documentation is submitted promptly on every case.
